Summary of Process

Your Project Manager will meet with you to establish your exact requirements and determine the scope of the project. The design team will then begin to develop a plan in order that the project manager can supply budgets and time-scales.
The design process takes as little or as long as it takes for you to be happy with your new space layout.  You will have our expert help to guide you through the process of selecting suitable furniture and finishes.  Plans, 3D visuals, samples and showroom visits will assist in making sure you have the right scheme for your business use.
The Project Manager will manage and organise the construction on site.  All approvals from the Landlord and statutory obligations will be obtained along with all the relevant health and safety fulfilments. During this stage the transformation will occur and your new environment will evolve. Regular site meetings will keep you up to date on progress. The fit out will be arranged to cause the minimum of disruption to your core business.
In line with the agreed time scales, works will be completed, snag free, ready for you to move in.  We aim to have you at your desks working with the minimum of disruption.  The Project Manager / Site Manager will be on hand for continued support.  On completion all documentation on how your new office works and should be maintained will be presented in a detailed manual.
Our existing clients have used our continued maintenance programme with reassurance that should anything happen to your new working environment we are on hand to deal with any problem and have your office back up and running smoothly again.
